Q: How many Charging Valet Organizer models and colors do you carry?

A: As of the current time, we offer 3 models in 5 gorgeous colors. That’s 15 choices to choose from.

Q: What so special about your wood finish?

A: Our premium quality hand-crafted Charging Valet Organizers, designed by OnVoo, are made of the highest quality real wood. The wood exterior is meticulously hand polished with multi layers of PU (Polyurethane) to an elegant glossy exterior finishing. Each layer of PU has to be completely dried out before the next layer of PU can be applied. Each of our Charging Valet Organizer takes up to 45 days for our skilled craftsman to make. The result is an astonishing elegant smooth exterior surface, similar to the most expensive piano finish. Truly a showpiece by itself and will elegantly complement any fine furniture in your home or office.

Q: What material is the inner surface?

A: The interior is lined with premium grade soft silsuede. This beautiful surface will protect your gadgets from scratches.

Q: How many devices can each Organizer charge at one time?

A: They can charge up to 7-8 devices at one time, depend on the models.

Q: How many ways to charge my electronic gadgets?

A: Two ways. Charge the gadgets standing up or laying down.

Q: Does it come with a surge protector?

A: Yes, and it is one of the most important feature we offer! Unlike all other charging valets out on the market today, they only come with a straight-line type of surge protector, if any. However, due to the large size of most electronic transformers, each transformer could take up to 3 plugs of space. OnVoo uses an unique 8-outlets surge protector which are spaced apart to accommodate 7-8 transformers. It is compact and comes with a 6 foot long cord, together with right angled plugs for that tight place. In addition, there is a reset button for your safety, plus an on/off switch for your convenience. Furthermore, our valet organizers feature a well thought out design that allows the surge protector cord to exit from the left or the right side, depending on the location of your wall electrical outlets.  

Q: Will the surge protector compartment generate a lot of heat?

A: All transformers will produce very minor increases in temperature. That is why OnVoo created a set of ventilated double doors to help keep the area from any potential overheating.

Q: What does your “Connector-Cover” do?

A: The unique “Connector-Cover” hides all the unsightly power cords and connectors, and to help easily identify which power cord should connect to which electronic gadget. Simply flip open the Cover for easy and convenient access to all charger connectors. Another considerate and functional features of our high quality Charging Valet Organizer. Another OnVoo exclusive feature.

Q: Does my gadget’s connector fall back down to the surge compartment like many others?

A: No! Once the connector is inside the compartment, it will stay there and will not fall into the surge compartment. But if you need to remove any plug for whatever reasons, just slide it out from the special designed closed gap under the “Connector Cover”. This is also another OnVoo exclusive feature.

Q: When not charging, where are my charging connectors?

A: Just open the Connector Cover, and it’s all right there. All separated in a neatly fashion. No need to dig for the right connector again. No more tangling of wires and cords. See it when needed, hidden when not in use. Life is good with OnVoo.

Q: What is your removable and reversible pocket?

A: Another great feature from the creation of OnVoo, an Add-On Pocket. You now have more room for CDs, DVDs, game consoles, remote controls, calculators, mails & letters, notes, pens, etc. To make this Add-On Pocket more versatile, just turn it over, and it becomes a tray for sunglasses, watches, pens, rulers, or your favorite décors. With this Pocket attached, you can place the organizer all the way even against the back wall with the surge protectors’ cord in place. No more stuff falling into the back again, just a neater look and thanks to OnVoo.

Q: Besides charging, what other features does the Valet Organizer have?

A: Our Charging Valet Organizer doesn’t stop there, it also has drawers and/or open compartments for you to organize your daily personal items such as wallets, keys, sunglasses, watches, jewelries, credit cards, cash, coins, business cards, pens, headphones, extra batteries, memory cards, etc. This Charging Organizer named perfectly, it charges and it organizes, and it is designed to simplify your life in an elegant and truly practical manner!

A: Sorry, we do not.

Q: Do you ship outside USA ?

A: We only ship within continent USA.  We do not ship to Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska; or other destinations outside continent USA.

Q: How to track my order?  

A: You can track your order shipment location by a simple click on a shipping confirmation email in which you will receive.

Warranty, Exchange, Refund FAQ:

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

A: We have a 60-days refund or exchange policy. Please also return all original packaging and accessories.

Q: What is your warranty policy?

A: All our Charging Valet Organizers are fully covered by our warranty policy, against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for two full years from the original date of your purchase. Any and all material or workmanship defects will be repaired or replaced at no cost to end users within the two-years warranty period. Normal tear and wears, or damages due to mishandling by users is not covered by this warranty.

Q: Do you have a service center when needed?

A: Yes we do, our service center is located about 30 miles from Los Angeles in  Southern California .
