All Our Charging Valet Organizer products are fully covered by our warranty policy, against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for two full years from the original date of purchase. Any and all material or workmanship defect will be repaired or replaced at no cost to end users within the two years warranty period.

Normal wear and tear, or damage due to mis-handling by users is not covered by this warranty

Exchange / Refund Policy :

We also have a 60 days refund or exchange policy. Anytime within 60 days from receipt of our Charging Organizer product, 
you can return the merchandise to us (shipping prepaid), for exchange or refund. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.  

*Actual shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from any amount to be refunded.  Please also return all original packaging and accessories.
